Teenagers seem to be getting tatoos as often as they get a new cell phone these days. And it's not just an 18 and up thing anymore 15 and 16 year olds are getting inked just as often! And we all know that in a couple of years that butterfly on their back is going to be the biggest mistake they ever made.
